    • Memo to Sun: Promote MySQL Through Avnet [view article]
Hmmm ... Do Google and Yahoo also use high price Sun's hardwares? Oracles DB helped Sun to sell a lot of hardwares. Oracles (like Microsoft) know how to lock loyal customers to pay Oracle's taxes for the DB. I had been yelling out for 2+ years that Jonathan's strategies of giving away softwares to make money on hardwares are the failures. Look at the revenue growth for Sun for the past 2 years to now to prove my point Aug 22 05:14 AM

      - When the Sun's BOD is going to fire both Jonathan and Scott. Their performance and leadership are dismal. The stock price was at it lowest in 13 years validated their terrible execution of the company. It's time to bring in the fresh blood executives and CEO. Buying back $1 billion of stock and then give them to these losers is really a waste. Investors need Carl Icahn on on Sun's BOD to have actions on these failing executives Aug 01 08:33 AM

    • Sun Goes Down With Its Legacy Businesses [view article]
Jonathan has been the CEO for 2 years and Sun's stock price now is at its lowest since 2004. He got compensation of $13 millions for the Sun profits by doing the yearly laying off the workforce while poorly performed on the revenue. His (and his executives) initiatives of giving away softwares to make up the revenues on selling hardwares/services had miserably failed. It resulted into low or flat revenues. Jonathan S. should step down as CEO or the BOD should fire him. May 03 02:44 AM
