    If you don't believe two is the answer to one, then four is irrelevant and three, while irrefutable, is an argument against two.

    Longman sounds like a computer geek with the misconception that IT is the answer, period.
    Healthcare insurance companies are highly computerized. Got an accurate EOB lately.

    Sounds like we're in total agreement. Physician incentives cause overtreatment which causes high costs. Software will do little to incentives or overtreatment.
