Can Governments Pop the Oil Bubble?

The US government is manipulating oil prices as we speak with dollar inflation and the ban on domestic drilling. Big Government is the reason why oil prices are where they are now so of course they can pop the so-called "bubble" by allowing oil companies to drill offshore in the US and increase supply.
