Hi, Kurt: The GDP tends to be a lagging indicator because it takes too long to compute. He is doing the soap trying to educate and entertain the kids about money. It seems to be noble charitable work. I agree with you the sometimes, we sometimes can't get enough of what a hero has to say. It tends to make people blindly follow a smart man including his mistakes. The good thing is, Mr. Buffett rarely make big mistakes, and he does tell people to think for themselves. Cheers!
