    I feel that Canadian Solar, Petro China (PTR), and FXI are among the best Chinese investments. My 24-month price targets for these are $110, $215, and $190 respectively. CSIQ has earnings growth of over 500% y.o.y., while PTR and FXI have excellent payouts.
