Canadian House Prices Continue to Decelerate

No change in Kitchener Waterloo area prices except on the big houses. There are fewer listings as people hunker down until the uncertainty passes. To go along with the fewer listings we have fewer buyers as buyers are reluctant to commit to new purchases until they get a sign of better times or a significant discount.
