Someone Needs to Dig Out Joy Global

Brilliant article. I don't have an opinion at this point on the two companies, but the last statement is truly priceless. As an individual investor, it makes you just want to throw your hands up, say screw it, and move onto something else while putting your money in a bunch of index funds. None of the recent stock moves are making sense on a fundamental basis unless China is going to stop all construction immediately, their populus stops eating protein, and they all take their cars and drive them into the Pacific. I don't get any of this, but I do know one thing...something smells really funny out there and it isn't my undershirt for once!
