Herbalife Seems Undervalued

I gather it works through independent distributors and is therefore overpriced, especially in today's economic climate. Is it multilevel marketing like Amway? I've seen people giving the products away on Freecycle and Craigslist and assumed they were unsuccessful dealers.

Then again, in today's economic climate, Herbalife distributor may be one of the few available career opportunities for the millions laid off.
