You're right on bro'. WB said that he was buying, He also said this wasn't necessarily the bottom. Trying to pick the bottom is a fools game, and it can't be done. Prices were low enough to buy, and so he went into the market 100%.
Buy value stocks and hold them long term i.e. 3-5 years and you'll make out like a bandit.
