Born and raised surrounded with collectors cars, before it was fashionable, Nick's first recollection of a car was the tail end of a Bugatti 37A at the tender age of 6. This left an indelible impression on him. He passionately drives his Alfa Romeos while currently working on an electric conversion of a 1970's Alfa Romeo spider.

If the electric car made little sense to him, it wasn't until he test drove an AC Propulsion eBox, a converted Scion to electricity, that everything made sense. With this much performance, gas cars finally have real competition. If the innovation curb has been flat these past decades with gas cars, the electric drive is unleashing technological breakthroughs as well as design wonders.
