    The rule that if your US citizen month is a minor and she gave birth outside of the US is fly in the ointment for Obama. He has posted a Hawaii Live Birth Certificate on his website. This Certificate has the raised seal and is authentic. The problem is that Hawaii will issue a LBC for a person resident in Hawaii even if the birth took place outside of the state. Since Obama will not release the underlying hospital originated document on which the LBC was issued there is a strong inference that he was indeed born outside of the United States.

    What is to be done? Change the "minor mother" rule. It is invidiously discriminatory and unconstitutional.
