    Speculators store oil in Cushing, OK along with legitimate players. Enron did the speculation thing in CA a few years back and drove electricity price through the roof. Anybody who things paper trading cannot be used to massively influence any market hasn't paid much attention to commodity charts. There are Mount Everest moves all over the place that have only a paper veneer of fundamental rationalizations.
