If 50% of the rights are owned by Stan Lee, then he will be entitled to 50% of something worthless if the collateral is ever given to the bondholders. If I am understanding this correctly the collateral would only come into place if the characters flopped. So his 50% rights on something that is worthless, is worthless right?
