Well do you believe based on ALD's history that they are likely to deploy the capital in such a way as to support the dividend? If they can then it's not dillutive. They grow the business in proportion to the added shares. My guess is that this is the right time to raise capital since many of the hedge funds that compete with them are unable. Allied may be able to strike some favorable deals in the near term.
