If real interest rates were positive people would not hold commodities which have a cost of carry. Raise rates and stop inflating the dollar and you will see any hoarding in the market place disappear.

The fed has been largely responsible for creating these asset bubbles. Now they are saying that if they could only do more they could solve the problem. The Fed is the problem and giving them more power will only make it worse.
