losbronces: If it was close to being a sure thing, you wouldn't see so much left on the table for the arbs. But it might force JAG to accept a buyout.

optionsgirl: They do not have to be forced to accept a buy out. They are amenable at the right price. The stock shot up about 14% in 1 day around 11/1

losbronces: OG: This news was out yesterday when trading in JAG was halted until mgmt made their statement in response to publication of offer.

optionsgirl: The rumors and the stock move started earlier. I've been in JAG for a couple of years and follow it closely.

optionsgirl: We've been writing about it on the quick chat for a few days. Today was another opp to get in as the price moved down from yesterday

John Rayhall: Ya but why is it moving down? People don't think the deal is going to happen?

optionsgirl: The stockholders will have their say. This is going to $10+ imo.
