Tongjitang Chinese Medicines: Finding Value in China

I appreciate this site's information on TCM as it is hard to find. Why, with good financials and exceedingly good growth prospects, does this stock price continue to dip and languish? It seems to me that the rules are often changed on us...now it's Cayman Island rules, possibility of delisting from US stock exchange...Is this company honest in its dealings??

Why is the stock value of TCM so low when its financials and growth prospects look so good? I bought in near 12, so even if TCM shares are bought out at 10.20, I am way down. It seems to me that management keeps changing the rules on us - Cayman Islands rules, not going to be on NYSE(or is it NASDAQ?) anymore? Is this an honest company?
