Number of incidents to-date, 0. Quality of Air in France? best in world. Cost of power? Cheapest in Europe. As for waste, I'm pretty sure steel and concrete will last far more than 200 years. And the 30t per average reactor is far better than 1000's of tonnes from coal and oil emissions from an equiv traditional plant. Also I think you're forgetting the point of Nuclear, to cut emissions to improve the quality of the planet. Jury is still out on global warming however.
