I'm afraid at this point I can only conclude that she is leveraging her vote for her own personal gain very much like Martin did in delaying this vote for 17 months.

I will be opposed to Ms. Tate's continuation at the FCC even if she votes twice in favor of this merger this afternoon, as I'm done with her and frankly tired about hearing what she wants... that she's unsure .. that she seems conflicted.
