      In the near-term, Dell looks good from its channel fill in retail, but I wonder how it will look as its largest customer, EDS, gets acquired by HPQ. With 1/8th the profitability in consumer biz vs. commercial (EDS), they will need billions of incremental retail revs to offset potential losses at EDS. Is the recent retail channel fill indicative of sell-through? If not, how sustainable is their recent share gain. Jun 01 10:43 PM

      I am sure the folks at YHOO are quite happy with your little model valuation for their core biz. In fact, you seem to be tweaking your model to fit the downside prices seen in January.

      Nice try. But your analysis doesn't account for the stakes in YHOO Japan and the Alibaba group, worth ~$10 per share. Ex those stakes, YHOO trades cheap. In fact, ex. stakes, it trades 11.0x EBITDA versus the CBS-CNET deal at 18.5x EBITDA. The CNET deal makes YHOO look like a steal. May 15 09:26 AM
