Sounds like you are trying to make lemons out of lemonade. ACAS is going under. They are going to be getting out of the buyout business PERMANENTLY and are shutting down offices and laying people off left and right. As someone who has intimate knowledge of both their buyout and senior / mezz portfolio, I can tell you that I'm confident ACAS is going much lower. Don't get caught in what appears like a value trap.
