I feel Sohu earns $0,55 with 37.7 millions outstanding shares compare with Giant InterActive (GA)'s 257 Mils (6.5 times diluted) shares earning for $0.22/ADS reported Today, it conveys to sohu's price at $84/ADS to GA at $16, I estimate GA is under value, mathimatically, if GA is under $20, then Sohu shall be under $50, otherwise, if Sohu sustains at above $80, GA shall be $29+
