Ruby Tuesday: Turnaround's Still a Year Away

I was too an employee of the RT but then some issues started to happen. I was serving everyday and made 130$ out of the week. Compared to my sells were amazing. I made number one on the chart for sells, except for my tip percentage. My tip percentage was so low, the company had almost fired me. Instead they just only gave me 2 tables, nothing more than 2 tables. This was there of saying I need to build work on my communication skills. I have very excellent communications and a great personality. People go to a RT's to spend every dollar they have on food and forget about the tip. They indulge on liquer for parties and are outrage about grautility on there bill. So it comes to show that if you are a server at Ruby Tuesdays and dont have a certain tip percentage. You will be fired or demoted. I left RT's and now, word has it that the RT's in Troy, Oh is closing its doors at the end of this month. I can say that this Ruby Tuesdays was not in a Mall, so what else could it be why they suck so bad?
