    The speaker declaring 'NO' to the president so publicly is unusual, and it's historic when they're of the same party. Obama's failure is in following the repub definition of people as pawns to stimulate the economy rather than to for people to find the pride of service to others. A new WPA/CCC would be more productive and meaningful than extending unemployment/tax cuts and is 2 years late.
