    FDX forecast raise should not carry any weight. In the past FDX CEO reversed comments just weeks later in regards to future guidance. (He flip flopped earlier this year already.)

    So the government takes in higher income taxes and pays this back to the exporters.

    breach of contract? on existing wells perhaps... otherwise we are talking about serious costs here. This will be expensive for all deep water drillers...which is why so many will voluntarily quit drilling in the gulf altogether.
