I have many clients in the health care industry. Their maximum "raise" is around 3%.

How in the hell have health care prices risen at such a torrid pace, while the cost of labor doesn't even keep pace with inflation?

Oh right... they have to keep building... they're not hospital CEO's, they're real estate developers.
