Look at Boyd's earnings report today (8-1-08).
The casinos have no product and no service that people buy except gaming. You can't possibly think that they can pay the electric bill on food, beverages and room rates. Gaming pays the majority of the bills and if there is one thing people like to do its gaming. Getting a "chance" to double their money without having to work. Plus its fun!

...the number of times they are used will go down. This should reduce Visa's income.
      //////////////////////...
In the last quarter reported, Visa cards were used 11 Billion times.
Based on a 90 day quarter, which is was, the breakdown is over 83,000 time a minute.

Ok, so three people don't use their Visa card as much.
THAT will have a major impact on Visa's earnings. NOT!

Is there any rational way that the largest online search engine could be re-valued at twice the price they originally sold for in 2 months? No, there isn't.
But that Google keeps on chugging away doesn't it.

Visa is the largest company of its kind. They had over 83,000 transactions per minute in the last quarter. That is every minute of every day in the 91 day quarter.
Every one of those transactions is a cha-ching in Visa's cash register.

Those figures don't look very good to me, if I were you and owned Visa, I'd sell because their next quarterly report is out on July 30 and they might just drop down to 82,500 transactions per minute.

So, wanting to see the "Why Visa Sucks website," I went there and look what I foung in the first paragraph: "Being someone who has never had (because he’s never been offered) plastic, and lacking a bank account.."

      NEVER OFFERED PLASTIC?
You simply go to your bank and apply for "plastic."
But, that isn't possible for someone who doesn't have a bank account.

It must be a blast to go down to the local currency exchange once a week to cash your paycheck and have all those money orders made up to pay your bills.

Could it be that you do not have a bank account because you once had a checking account and couldn't understand how you could be overdrawn when you still had unused checks in your check book?

Last thought: Visa thirty something? Yes, as in One Thirty Something!

78 bones is a nice entry. According to the point an figure chart:

Visa should have a nice pop once it hits 84 for a double top.

      S&P Ratings just upgraded Visa.
They are running a 4.0 grade average, on the way to becoming the Valedictorian of credit cards:

Visa did eleven billion (11,000,000,000) transactions last quarter.
Baised on a 91 day quarter, they pulled 83,943 transactions per minute.
I don't care what the processing fees are, Visa is making money hand over fist at that rate.

I thought Amazon had a great holiday season with 62 transactions per second, but Visa had 1,400 per second at the above rate.

      89 is the tipping point.
That is where there will be a double top in a point and figure chart and once that plateau is reached V should break into a new high.

Check out the point and figure charting on: stockcharts.com/index....
In the drop down box above the symbol entry, click on P&F. That will give you the point and figure chart. For more info on this type of charting; click on the file tab "Chart School"
