Don't they have lawyers in other countries too?
I think there is much litigiation and lawsuits in the future for PMI.
Why would there only be tobacco lawsuits in one country in the world?

I think you are underestimating the litigation risks for PM.
Any country that PM operates in can sue it at any time.
There could be years and many cases to look forward to for PM in many different jurisdictions...sure sounds potentially messy and ugly to me.
