NAR Housing Report: Declining Home Prices Induces Heavy Spin

I really wish someone would post a summary of Lereah's comments over the past 12 months. He has, in my personal opinion, repeatedly lied over the past year stating that there "would be a correction" but no price decline and other such drivel. He should have known better, IMO. I also believe, again personal opinion, that he and the NAR are systematically skewing the numbers by reporting from selected areas and/or quoting the most favorable results whether it be month over month or year to year. Again, this is just personal opinion, but my suspicion is that a month by month listing of leareah's quotes over the past 18 months would give a lot of good trial lawyers fodder for suing the NAR and Mr. Lereah.
