Constructing a Portfolio from the Top Down

this is all BS. These self styled finanaical gurus create themes/objective to generate more commission cash flow. That's where they earn their bread. Is it funny that financial analysits and fund managers are the only group that does not provide any type of assurance on their product. forget about increase they don't even assure keeping value intact..... All they profess is use my service because you cannot do yourself.... Will you buy a car if manufacturer says I don't know if it will work ?
