I bought more at $11.75 and based on the pros discussed in the article and comments feel very comfortable doing so.

Investigation is a nearly resolved non-issue, up-listing is imminent, and say what you want about management (Pyatt was a football player, not a business man), but the right people have been brought in to guide this ship. That is the reason why they have a stranglehold on the business now and the significant marketing/distribution advantages they do. Many have said it before and I will say it again, Dr. Frost being around helps this company significantly. He is heavily invested through cash, BZNE, etc..., he has a very impressive track record and is really just icing on a cake that was already worth buying.

Not sure about 5x sales, but MSLP should certainly grab more of a premium than 1.2x sales. Cyto is an inferior company in terms of product quality, product popularity, branding/marketing, sales growth and established business relationships. Even still, a lowball premium of only 1.2x sales for MSLP would mean about $18/share today.

  • MusclePharm: Substantially Undervalued And Strong Acquisition Target [View article]
    Rick,

Quoting you from 24 May "This stock should be @ $12 - $13 if the market really shared in the vision of robust growth potential." It was just over 12 last week and now trades $0.05 under... It looks like the market is recognizing the potential. Additional agreements with GNC are only going to push in-store sales higher as well. It has nearly doubled in the last couple months or so and is still trading at only 23.4x 2014 estimates (which will be blown away based on everything we have seen thus far). For a company that just posted greater than a 100% Y/Y revenue increase that is a steal... Even if it only traded at industry average PE it would be at $14.33. Further, that PE average is based on companies only growing about 4% annually, not over 100%... Slice it up, down, left, right, front, back, this company is solid fundamentally.

For EVERYBODY reading, the comments section for many SA readers can be the most important/informative feature, unfortunately it seems to have digressed here. Lets present the bear and bull case with facts and leave the bickering and personal attacks for Facebook.

As a contributor I'd think you would want to refrain from petty comments like the one above that added no value to the discussion, especially when you have to clean the egg of your face later...

As such, what a difference a week makes! The crack in the "floor" is filled and the savvy investors are following the $ back into PVCT to start building that second story! Owning heavily shorted stock like this one takes resolve, but it seems the spooked investors are realizing already where they should have kept their money.

Here's a reference to the target mentioned here: http://bit.ly/1oNrF1U.

It sounds as if this individual could be revising their estimate even higher based on the verbiage from the article. I've never heard of Malcy, but if anybody here has additional info please share.

Looking at the pre-market Bid/Ask and price movement since Friday on CAZFF and LNREF... I have to wonder if some of the $ into CAZFF based on VDs article is now shifting into LNREF for the very same reason...

Because "they" being 1.3+ billion Chinese are all the same, and they are all just too poor to pay a premium for medicine... It's probably better you are operating under a pseudonym after such a gross generalization like that. If that attitude is any indication of the effort going into your analysis I'd say the longs will be vindicated here.

Full disclosure: Not a shareholder, but may be soon. This article has provided very little in terms of fact-based support or numbers beyond those of the authors opinion. Barring additional negative news it seems $0.75-$0.80 is the near-term floor. I will most likely enter a position Monday, try to catch a bounce after the CC, and then decide on the long-term once I've done additional research.

  • How Titan Medical Is Going To Revolutionize The Surgical Robotics Industry [View article]
Thanks for the article, my interest is peaked. It certainly would be nice to have more fidelity on the to market timeline, but so goes the medical space. Can you specify your source IRT the statement about ISRG staff owning Titan shares? That would seem to be a great show of faith in Titan's future if in fact that were true. I will be waiting for the next article, thanks.

CAZFF just overtook QCOR as the largest % gainer in my portfolio this year. I've owned QCOR since January and CAZFF less than two weeks. Thanks VD.

    Boris,

Unfortunately we have to deal with people who decide to take things to personal and/or lack the fortitude to invest in anything other than blue chips that their grandparents also invested in. Fortunately one mans fear is another mans opportunity. For the very same reason I was able to recently cash in a large portion of my QCOR shares for an 80% gain. Fundamentals will eventually win out. I expect MSLP to provide even larger gains on my initial investment as I bought most of my shares at $7. Like you said, let's just wait a quarter or two and see where this thing ends up.

  • Another Brick In The Facebook Road To $100 [View article]
    Monfrere,
I agree with you 100%. I've stayed away from even following stocks like FB because the multiples are irrationally high. I don't understand on what planet investors believe that a company with a 3 yr avg revenue growth rate around 60% deserves a PE that still sits north of 80... Even worse for investors, FB is losing appeal with the younger generation and has already saturated the market to the point future user grow will be very difficult. Eventually the stock popularity contest will be over and it won't be pretty. Perhaps many of these investors will then figure out that it's never "different this time". Call me foolish, but I prefer my investments with sound fundamentals like QCOR.
