Alright guys...D-Day may (don't count on it) may happen this week for these companies, so can someone please shed some light on what the combination of these 2 stocks will be once (if) this merger is approved.

We've heard $1.75 by Wienkes, $5.00 by Kramer & a whopping $9.00 by Citi. Who's right, who's wrong and don't take the easy route by going with a middle number.

Need your professional opinions on this gentleman....thanks!

I've said this for a week, so I hope people start taking these accusations seriously. I have one question?

How can we SUE the FCC for unethical business practices? Would we have to start with a securities exchange attorney?

The FCC should not be allowed to destroy companies like this!

We need everyone that invested in these companies to pull together on this one and file a class action lawsuit against the FCC if this in fact continues to drag on!

So Cos, you're saying we should still ride this pony until the ned of the year to have a chance to sniff the $4.00 to $5.00 mark? Ouy Vei.......My break even point is $4.00 and I'm blowing out of this thing. I'll get back in if their business models and partnerships strengthem over 2009, but I can't handle another roller coaster ride from this company again!

I'll still be amazed if this merger happens before 2009 ;)

I've heard that Sirius has planned to do a 4 to 1 reverse stock split and would like to know if this is something that will help these stocks rebound if the merger goes through?

The merger will go through & the stock will be valued at no more than $3.75 to $4.00 max!

I'll be selling half my stake and waiting on pins and needles to see what BOLD moves Sirius is able to pull off this year!

They better sell their souls to Apple or Zune to make things start happen! It would be nice to see Zune add a new element to their MP3 players to compete with Apple!

Why not build the subscrpition costs of satellite radio into Zune and include this service for free?

Please...I've been married to this stock longer than my ex-wife in hopes that this merger would happen. I have over $20,000 shares and am waiting for the day I can at least break even on this stock!

Overhyped? Just proof again that this stock market moves on news not based on facts. This stock would be much higher right now if it wasn't a victim of tax hikes to deflate their number last quarter.

This stock is going to BLOW OUT 2nd Quarter earnings and will creep up back to $55.00 in no time!

Status Report: XM Satellite Radio, Sirius

Even though I've lost 50% of my original stake that I put in Sirius and probably a quarter of my own hair along with that. I'm confident that a favorable decision will be ruled in the Sirius/XM courtship by June 30th!

My concern at this point is not if the merger will go through or not, but how the stock/company's are going to rebound from the FCC/NAB's delay tactics that almost obliterated these company's overall value.

Will there be a 3 for 1 reverse stock split?
Will Sirius finally announce a major partnership with Apple or Google?
Will they finally switch their business model and stop being so damn dependent on both retail & car sales? Don't you think it's time that their partnership apartment starts tot hink out of the box and contact every web company on the net that has over 50,000 + members to try and integrate their services within their online portals to maximize their exposure and increase revenue?
What about finally opening the flood gates for advertisers to market on their suite of channels?

I know Mel & crew have been very hush, hush, so they don't say the wrong thing to piss off the FCC, but it's going to take an act of god or Apple type of creative innovation to save this company!

They've come to far and fought to far to fail......
