How Gas Prices Are Changing Consumer Behavior

I'm not a johnny-come-lately here, but I did reduce transport costs by getting sick and staying home! Years ago I lived next door to where I work. I live in town now so have less driving to do, even though pay more taxes for the rich people who live outside the city limits and don't pay as many. I have thought about trying the bus, but it is very inconvenient in our town. Of course, I don't like high gas prices, but I think we need it to force changes long overdue.
