If the house next door sold for 100k and your house was identical would that not make your house worth 100k? Just because it is not for sale at this time would you take that value out of your net worth? I fail to see why you think the market value of Liberty's Sirius stock should be taken out of the equation. Would you care to explain you reasoning behind that statement?

On October 6, 2004, Stern announced on his show that he had signed a five year contract with Sirius, a satellite radio service. Sirius provided a budget of $500 million USD to pay Howard, his staff and general production costs. His personal salary has not been revealed. Other media sources have claimed that Stern netted a $225 million one-time stock bonus for meeting subscriber quotas, with the latter being true in January 2006.

Brandons latest article. He is finding over 90% SatRad factory installs on car lots and now believes there may be a small net gain in subs 1st Q instead of decline. Lower car sales but more cars sold with receivers installed.

You also have no clue what you are talking about so the same goes for you. I have already said I suspect you and he\she\it, are one in the same.
Since 95% of your comments are directed toward other posters you have no room to talk. Furthermore all of my posts directed toward you have been to provide indesputable evidence you are making false statements. I guess I will just have to go back to ignoring you and let anyone else here that sees you making false statements deal with it, unless they all start to ignore you. You can be sure this will be the last post directed toward you, but I reserve my right to comment to others about your inane comments and mindless dribble.

    BChargers was once bashing Sirius.
What his motives were made us all curious.
    Howard Stern's farts his obsession.
"I have no clue." Should be his confession.
Hope my story doesn't make him too furious.

In 2006, Stern was named one of the 100 most influential people in the world by Time Magazine" and was ranked as the world's 7th most powerful celebrity by Forbes.

An adaptation of his radio show fit into a half-hour program each weekday on E! from 1994-2005,
Starting June 20, 1994 the radio show was filmed and adapted into Howard Stern, a television show broadcast each weekday on E! until July 8, 2005, although E! continued to rerun episodes until December 31.
Sensorship issues are why the show ended. It was still shown in reruns for 6 months because of viewer demand.

Sorry Tyler, I had just reread Brandons article from yesterday about possible buyout and had his name on the brain.

Just because new cars are not selling does not mean subs won't go up. I know of several people in the last month that have activated radios in used cars or bought portables. If subs rise cash coming in rises and the debt will get paid or at least serviced which will allow for refi down the road.
As far as competition most say it will be from the internet but with many high speed providers putting caps on usage with serious financial penalties if you exceed the limits I think more people will turn to SatRad for the biggest bang for their entertainment buck.
I know I'm not adding $50. to $100. to my phone bill to listen to music or get video.

Brandon, excellent clarification on the Howard Brand.
Those of us that have followed you for years know this but with all the new shareholders it was good to see you elaborate.
It also shows that those calling for certain people bashing the stock on this board to be removed can get some good information as the result of their inane comments.
Any responses directed to those people will do nothing to change their minds but can be informative to the rest of us. Bravo.

Good article Tyler. I would think the future of Mel and Meyer hinge on next weeks earnings report. A good report and a run up in the stock with a new support level around $.70 would go a long was toward boosting optimism, and optimistic shareholders are happy shareholders.

From Brandons latest article and the shareholder rights plan looks like someone may be looking to buy Sirius. Guess that kind of goes against what some people have been insisting here.
    Let that soak in!
