    VMware offers a mature virtualization suite - MSFT just released it's 1.0 hypervisor, still miles away from VMware ESX. It's a marketing battle - good for Microsoft - but no sane IT manager would choose Hyper-V to virtualize it's services, be them servers or desktops.
