Policymakers' Actions Aren't Gaining Traction

Just read your last 3 articles, interesting stuff - I do not believe any of us have a clue as to where this current debacle may lead (as to how far down & for what period of time), and we should absolutely include current and future heads of state! The other day, unexplainably, the phrase from the nursery rhyme popped into my head wherein; " ...all the king's horses and all the king's men could not put Humpty Dumpty back together again."
As investors, of whatever ilk, I believe the spectrum may run currently beyond those who may be "starry eyed and vaguely discontented" at one end of the extreme to "Now is the winter of our discontent, made glorious summer by this sun of York" at another. I find myself in the latter of the two.
