  • Cramer's Mad Money - 10 Reasons to Believe the Nasdaq Rally (6/8/09) [View article]
SLE spun off Hanes (et al) in 2006 - a little late to get upset about it now. Body & Household Products is now under review. They (SLE) should likely stick to the "baking" ... since they don't seem to know much about other lines of business.

    Miriam,
Instead of, or perhaps in addition to, Cramer's "Wall of Shame" how about a Seeking Alpha Wall: "Analysts With No Brain" . I'm sure that SA contributors will have a few candidates for such a hallowed place of honor.

Perhaps Miriam, you would do the readers of SA a great service if you would stop covering Cramer in the manner of a sycophant and either drop him entirely or, get on the other side of this "clown". Just reviewed Satwaves article as well as the video clip. On this basis alone, "The Reverend Jim Bob Cramer" should not have any oxygen supply on SA. Drop the Bum!!!

Cramer the entertainer. This guy is not the empirical wizard of much more than a "slam bam thankyou maam (or mister)" approach to investing. He would be totally unable to keep this raucous, noisy and, nonsensical so called "show" going without his tedious re-hashing of every ticker symbol under the sun with damned little in the way of any substantive analysis, interspersed with all the crapola bells, whistles, and other sound effects he assails his viewers with. A dozen or so ticker symbols a show plus whatever else some caller may throw at him is simply "grist for his mill". Mark Haney often has referred to him as "The Reverend Jim Bob Cramer" which is certainly an apt term. Cramer belongs under a circus tent - not in his current venue. Disclosure: I'm "short" on Cramer.
