Summertime Action in the Markets

Any cognizance whatever will likely arrive just prior to August holiday, at which time they will gleefully proclaim that the "birthday suit" will, indeed, be the perfect attire for the next 30 days or so. I have'nt the faintest idea what event might trigger such a cognitive process but, experience indicates that amnesia will set in rapidly thereafter.
