So why is the author against drilling for oil in this country. He talks about price, utilization & inventories, but offers no clues as to why oil is still so expensive. Instead of being critical, offer solutions.It's
clear that Mr.Davis is a democrat & will only support the canidates position on oil etc.

You bla,me everything on Bush. What about Congress? They have keep us from drilling in areas where reserves are known. They have
fought Nuclear Energy to the point, the cost is so high now, we may never get any plants built. They have passed unneeded legislation that has cost our country billions.
