    Great management team. If the other large S@P companies were as aggressive as these guys, the market would scream, but unfortuately the good old boys network prevents that from happening. Too bad, but more power for the new Bud company, and I continue to add to my holdings every move up 3%. Nice return. Thanks

    I encourage them to buy our properties. They can not take them overseas, and they have a vested interest in keeping our shores safe and strong
