Chevron Says Hurricane Evacuation Won’t Affect Production

Hi Horacio
Chevron owns the Mountain Pass property in Inyo County, California. This property has rich Rare Earth Metals, however, it has been closed due to radioactive Thorium. I believe currently Chevron is battling the environmentalists for re-opening this property for mining.
I was wondering if you have any knowledge regarding this case.
