Bailouts will never stop and will undermine capitalism until systemic failure occurs. Financial companies too big to fail, Citigroup, Chase, etc. Drug companies Pfizer, Merck will need to continue to make drugs because of systemic population problems if they stop. Airlines, American, United. Defense Contractors, Northrop Grumman,Lockheed cannot fail. Walmart probably can't fail since it employs 2million people. It doesn't end. Exxon can't fail. Right? Am I wrong?

What is the concern people have with the K1 filing? I could see that it may cost extra for an additional form filing with an accountant, but my understanding is that as an individual investor, your tax obligation is the capital gain which you realized. You cannot be responsible for paying taxes on a gain which was not part of either a distribution or an increase in the share price.

How about subsidies to the airline industry courtesy of the oil profits? If the proportion of profits increased at oil companies is relative to the losses at airlines, lets have government close this gap. Problem solved.
