I agree overall with the comments except that I think Teck will want to buy out PLM for the milling operation purchased from Cleveland Cliffs. I don't believe that MN will allow three to four mills only 10-15 miles apart. Given that the three (not Teck) plan to use the PlatSol process, it makes no sense to waste money to build out separate milling facilities at a huge cost and delay. MN would rightly demand that they work together to reduce the footprint of the mills and tailings.
