    • Einhorn Comes Off No-Short List [view article]
Einhorn is part of the problem. Maybe he wanted to be "off the list" because if he was on the list his firm could not continue to do naked short selling. Sep 25 09:21 AM

    • How Bankruptcy Would Wreck GM, Chrysler [view article]
The precendent has already been set. Since Chrysler was bailed out, Ford and or GM would certainly get Federal Backed Loans to keep them solvent. The US economy could not stand to loose either one. I am not worried in the least. Aug 24 03:30 PM

Jack, great article as usual. I would be interested in your comments on General Motors Bond issue (symbol GMS). Currently paying a 16% dividend/interest. I am using it as a hedge against lower oil prices. PWE goes down, GMS goes up. Collect the dividend in the meantime. Aug 14 08:15 AM
    • General Motors: Sales and Stock Price Continue to Decline [view article]
I agree with CLH, but if you want to invest in GM look at (GMS) which is a bond issue sold as a stock symbol. It is still paying a dividend, in reality interest since its a bond. Pays $1.88 per year. They can not cut the dividend/interest payment per the perspectus. Aug 07 10:49 AM

    • IBM's Building Spree: Serious About Cloud Computing [view article]
IBM really isn't building anything. They are just stuck with an incredible amount of real estate left over from all the downsizing.
They will attempt to do outsourcing at this location but probably fail to cheaper costs overseas.

    • The T. Boone Pickens Approach [view article]
Joseph Culligan, so Pickens wife drives a three year old Range Rover. That is far from excessive. He is a millionaire driving a three year old vehicle that seems perfect for his ranch. Your point? He probably had a large investment in Ford who used to own Range Rover. Jul 25 09:08 AM
