Obama's Foreclosure Plan Du Jour: Own-to-Rent

Let's assume the same guy who has not been current on his payments is not also current on his home repairs. The day he becomes a renter he calls the building inspector and files a complaint. He still lives in the same house and all the delinquent repairs to bring the house to code get fixed for free (oh the taxpayer pays again)
