Phil has been short oil since 50 and posting this stuff. Why do you think he writes these articles? It is to lure people to his paid site for $1000/year. He needs to make up for his oil trading mistakes! Phil makes money by paid subscriptions, not by trading. Know that. I am sure he will reply with his 200% put gains this week.
