To Davis Gentry: Here is a true story: I wanted gps on the road. I had a Dell laptop with Vista. (Total piece of shit). I bought Streets & Trips with gps module. S&T is a fine product, but Vista would not recognize the gps module, even tho it was a Microsoft product!! Un-freaking-believable... It took me 30 minutes to make it work, and thenit oftne crashed.
Finally did what I should have done, and bought a Garmin Nuvi which works fine.
Microsoft sucks in every way possible, and if you like their products, it does not say much for you my friend.

Motorola’s Turnaround Prospects

statistics are not the entire answer. I understand why analysts use them and financial reporters use them, but in the real, intangible world, they are not necessarily all that matter. Motorola has had the Razr for several years and yet could not figure out anything to do with it. Apple sat down and completely reinvented the phone. And guess what? Everybody noticed! Gee, we can do lots more with this!
Motorola is frankly just empty suits sitting around a conference table.
They have no vision and probably have to subcontract it out. It's all about culture, I guess. Black, empty suits.
