Constructing a Portfolio from the Top Down

I use themes to construct portfolios. In it's defence all I can say is "It works for me". And I use the ones Roger cited. One additional might be "Curriences". The relationship between the dollar and other currencies is fundamentally changing and will evolve over time. DBV works here, Half of RYMFX works, as does WIP and others. Waiting for a multi currency MMF.
