Do rising interest rates, in a rising inflationary environment, have the same negative effect on linkers bond prices, as they do on regular bond prices ??

I use themes to construct portfolios. In it's defence all I can say is "It works for me". And I use the ones Roger cited. One additional might be "Curriences"... The relationship between the dollar and other currencies is fundamentally changing and will evolve over time. DBV works here, Half of RYMFX works, as does WIP and others. • Correlating Infrastructure [view article]
In looking for a way to capture that portion of Infrastructure that is going to build all these airports, highways and toll roads, powerplants and schools, the closest I have found is the 48% of PKN that is Industrials, and you do get the Nucular kicker. Anyone else have a better idea?

I'm looking for an ETF that captures the Infrastructure theme via the global construction and engeneering firms that are going to build all these roads, power plants, airports...etc. The closest I have found is half of PKN. Anybody got a better way ?
      Thanks

      Thanks for all the detail.
The only other one I know of is RYMBX.
I think the traching error in PCRDX is due to the Pimco boys adjusting the biil/bond holdings to be in line with their interest rate forcasts.
