Excellent article Davy...easy to find a couple poor performing companies (maybe valued a little off) out of 170, but to glorify them and say that represents all companies is ludicrous...PauliBloom... not sure if I understand your comment that ACAS could sell equities at loss and increase NOI, could u explain...If I gave ACAS a $1 and they bought a company for $1, then sold it at a loss, even if they paid me cash, I cant understand how that would be seen as a dividend or an increase in NOI
